Women’ s body is amazing. God perfectly designed you to give birth. You are created to carry and birth life! It is an incredible miracle and you can experience the joy and power of birth.

Our western medicalized society is constantly portraying birth as scary, terrible, something to just somehow get through. We have been disconnecting from our bodies, not understanding how birth works, how and in which ways you can support the process and your body, how babies are breastfed and I could go on.

In my all comprehensive classes we will rediscover birth, talk about what happens during labor and delivery and early postpartum. Why, how it is all connected, why your mind plays the biggest role and how you can influence the process. You and your partner will learn practical ways to have a positive birth experience. We will also talk about options, communication, breastfeeding.

It is so important for new parents to feel comfortable, confident and to be able and ask questions to have a more empowering experience. Your birth support person (partner, friend,…) is an important part of the birth process and the content of classes will include their support as well.

I offer custom scheduling and custom content. I can tailor the topics to your needs and wishes.

I will create a class perfectly fitting for your needs. If you are a new mom and would like a full pregnancy/childbirth/postpartum class or just a refresher.
You get to choose if we meet in your home or a locations I offer.
You can choose and build your class from the topics offered.

Full 6 hour content starts at $300
If you would like only a refresher and wish to choose just a few topics, contact me and we will customize the class just for you
We will meet 9:30-11:30am on March 9th, 16th, 23rd.
The group has maximum 5 couples.
If you would like to meet one on one and just discuss your options, learn about something but not really book full class, debrief from a birth that you previously had, help with building your birth plan, consultation might be a good option for you.
